Question:what is your "in game" name?
Because when I was trying to talk to one of the Admins on the server it was'nt a success and keep ignoring me.Or maybe he/she is busy there.

Sometimes admins show in the game but are AFK.
In game name is what you choose when playing in the server, it must match what you have here.
i.e. "GDL"
Your main account when joined the site could be any name. It's the in game or gamer profile the other guest see.

It's "in game" profile,and the problem was solved yesterday.
It's because I always use my in game name GDL to play in the game,but thanks for the advice :)
