Welcome to Man of Teal Gaming, an OpenRCT2 gaming community where members can build parks, play together, share creations, participate in discussions, upload media, join groups, and connect with other RollerCoaster Tycoon fans. 🎢✨

By registering for an account, accessing our website, or using one of our gaming servers, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not create an account or use our services.

📝 1. Account Registration

Man of Teal provides community features and multiplayer gaming servers. To create and maintain an account, you may be asked to provide:

Your real name for account registration;
An “in-game” name for your gaming-server profile;
A secure password; and
A valid email address.

Your email address must be verified before your account can be fully activated. Accounts without successful email verification are not permitted.

Follow the instructions of administrators and moderators;
Respect other players and their creations;
Do not intentionally damage, sabotage, or disrupt shared parks;
Do not create prohibited “red” or death rides when the server’s rules prohibit them;
Do not misuse cheats, tools, permissions, or server commands;
Do not deliberately cause lag, crashes, excessive load, or service interruptions;
Do not alter another player’s work without permission; and
Follow any additional rules posted for the specific server.

Breaking server rules may result in a warning, removal from the current game, temporary suspension, or permanent loss of server access. 🚂

💬 4. Community Conduct

Man of Teal is intended to be a friendly and welcoming community for people who enjoy OpenRCT2 and RollerCoaster Tycoon.

When using profiles, forums, groups, comments, events, albums, messages, or gaming servers, you agree not to:

Harass, threaten, stalk, bully, or intimidate another person;
Use hateful, discriminatory, abusive, or excessively offensive language;
Post illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, or deliberately misleading material;
Share another person’s private information without permission;
Upload malware, viruses, harmful scripts, or dangerous files;
Spam members or repeatedly post unwanted advertisements;
Attempt to bypass account, server, moderation, or security restrictions;
Impersonate administrators, moderators, other members, or organizations;
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them;
Interfere with the normal operation of the website or gaming servers; or
Encourage others to violate these terms or the community rules.

📸 5. Member Content

Members may be able to post or upload:

Park screenshots and saved games;
Photographs and media albums;
Videos and streaming links;
Forum topics and replies;
Status updates and comments;
Events and group content; and
Other gaming-related material.

You retain ownership of the original content you create.

By posting content on Man of Teal, you give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, display, reproduce, format, and distribute that content only as reasonably necessary to operate and promote the community.

You are responsible for the material you upload. You must have the legal right or appropriate permission to post it.

Do not upload copyrighted games, software, music, photographs, videos, artwork, park files, or other material when you do not have permission to share them. 🎨

Man of Teal may remove content that violates these terms, applicable law, community standards, server rules, or another person’s rights.

🧒 6. Age and Eligibility

You must be legally able to agree to these terms in your location.

If you are under the age required to provide consent for an online service, you may use Man of Teal only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising a minor’s use of the website, community features, and gaming servers.

🚫 7. Account Suspension or Termination

Man of Teal may restrict, suspend, or terminate an account when reasonably necessary to:

Attempts to evade a suspension or ban by creating another account may result in the additional account being removed. 🔨
