Potentially Final?

What do you folks think about this?

Needs some work, but I thought we should have a 'Teal' coloured logo if we are to call ourselves the 'Men of Teal'. All suggestions welcome.

I'll keep updating this post to show changes as they are made.

Reinstated the MoT text. Changed the colour of the stripes to be Red. Whitened the edge and embossed it. Hopefully looks better than the versions I've shown so far.
