Photos in chat

Due to excessive photos being posted in the chat rooms I've decided to block them for now in the chat areas.

This is for the admins as well as all members.

The chat server is built for chatting, not for sharing rides built on servers; just as in Discord that was abused. 

For all site members to enjoy these builds they need to be posted in the albums section of the site or on your personal pages, admins included.
