Here you will need to create an #account and then a "profile" to use on the site and #server. 

i.e. If your #profile name here is "Janitor" then on the server please use that name. NO EXCEPTIONS

After your account has been verified, one of the site moderators or admins will change your building permit from

a chatter and spectator to #verified #builder.
